What Swisher County Inmate Records Show

Swisher County does not appear to publish a local public roster profile with booking photos, charge tables, bond rows, or housing-unit fields. That limits what can be seen online from county sources. IVSS, TDCJ, BOP, and court records each show a different slice of the record, so the same person may have a custody status record, a jail booking record, a filed court case, and later a state-prison record.

Swisher County Jail Facilities

Mechler Unit is a TDCJ state prison in Tulia, not a county booking jail. A person sentenced to state prison may be searched through TDCJ, even if the original arrest began in Swisher County.
